Right after Katmai, we headed down to Seward for an all-day boat run out into Kenai Fjords. Trading brown bears on land for open water was an incredible shift in pace. We spent hours navigating past towering tidewater glaciers, tracking whales breaking the surface, spotting puffins cutting across the chop, and watching harbor seals resting on floating icebergs. The mood and sheer coastal scale out there gave us some of the most dynamic frames of the entire trip.
